You can contact Debsan Design Center by note, by phone or by walking into the showroom. Whether you have a quick question about a paint colour, want someone to look at the windows in your living room, or are planning a whole room from the floor up, this is the place to start. The ways to reach us are all on this page, and every one of them gets you to the same people in our Natick design center.

Three ways to reach us

Choose whichever way suits you best.

  • Send us a note. The form further down this page goes straight to our team. Tell us a little about the room and what you have in mind, and we will come back to you.
  • Call us. The call button in the site’s header rings the design center directly, and the number is printed with our address and opening hours in the details beside the map below.
  • Come in. The showroom is in downtown Natick Center, and you are welcome to walk in and look around. Every line we sell has samples on the floor, so you can compare them in one visit.

Booking a free in-home consultation

For many people, a free in-home consultation is the simplest way into a window treatment, drapery, wallpaper or flooring project. We visit you at home, walk through the rooms on your list and bring samples along, so you see colours and textures in your own light rather than under showroom lights.

To book one, use the form on this page or call us and say you would like a consultation. Let us know which rooms you are thinking about and the rough idea. A rough idea is plenty; working the rest out is what the visit is for.

If you would like to know more about what happens during the visit before you book, our page on the in-home design consultation walks through it.

What happens after you get in touch

Once your note or call reaches us, someone from our team gets back to you to talk through the project. That first conversation is about understanding what you want: which rooms, which products, and whether you would like to start in the showroom or at home.

If an in-home consultation makes sense, we set a time that works for you. At the visit we look at the windows, walls and floors, take measurements where they are needed and show you samples. We measure and install as well as sell, so the measurements taken at the visit are the ones the treatment is made to.

If you would rather see everything first, come to the showroom and start there. Plenty of projects begin with a paint chip or a wallpaper book and grow from there.

Getting to downtown Natick

Our design center sits in downtown Natick Center, its home since 1967. Scroll to the bottom of this page for the map, the full address and our opening hours.

If you live elsewhere in MetroWest, check our service areas to see whether we can come to you instead. You can also read what other customers have said on our reviews page.
