Tell us how we did
Debsan has been a Natick store since 1947. In 2026 the Murphy family took it into its next chapter. A store with that much history is built on what customers tell each other, and a review is the modern form of that.
If we have helped with your home, we would be grateful if you left a review. It helps other homeowners decide whether we are the right fit for their project, and it tells us what we are getting right.
A few things make a review especially useful to the next reader:
- What the project was. Shades for a bedroom, wallpaper for a powder room, new carpet on the stairs, or a whole room put together.
- How it started. Whether you came into the showroom first or began with a free in-home consultation.
- How the fit and finish turned out. Professional measurement and installation are part of what we do, so we are glad to hear how the result looks in your home.
If something did not go right
A review is not the only way to tell us something. If a part of your project has not turned out the way you hoped, please tell us directly, through the contact page or by phone. Telling us first gives us the chance to look at it with you and put it right where we can.

Reading reviews is often the step before picking up the phone. Drop into our showroom and look at the samples for yourself, or ask us to bring them to you with a free in-home consultation. If you live outside Natick, our service areas page lists the MetroWest towns we visit.
There is no need to have everything decided before you get in touch. Plenty of projects begin with one question about a colour or a single window and grow once the samples are on the table. Bring a photo of the room, a measurement if you have one, or simply the idea, and we will work through the choices with you, one room or the whole house.
